Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your support! We understand that although you may love your purchase, sometimes circumstances may change. 

In-store returns:

MARCH 2021 update:  Currently, all in-store sales are final. At this time, we are not accepting returns for in-store purchases, due to current public health issues. 

Online returns:

We understand that when you buy an item online, what you receive in the mail may sometimes differ from what you expected. We do our best to ensure our photos & details match the true nature of each product, however understand that you may feel differently.

If you wish to return your online purchase, we will be happy to issue an online store credit or exchange after contacting us within 7 days of delivery. All sales are final on jewelry, bodycare & skincare, and sale items. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility.

Online purchase returns must be pre-approved by Good Vibe Space, Inc. 

Before shipping back your return, contact us at hello@goodvibespace.com so we can provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
