Return Policy 


All sales are final. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@goodvibespace.com.


Refunds and Exchanges


  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue.
  • You must contact us at sales@goodvibespace.com within 5 days of the item(s) arriving to alert us of any damage. 
  • Wait for a response from our team before shipping the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
  • To request a return, we require proof of purchase (Order number and order confirmation email).
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for mailing your item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we refund the purchase price of your item, excluding shipping.
  • Some makers and artists will repair products that are damaged. Send us an email and we can point you in the right direction.

Non-returnable items


  • Gift cards
  • On Sale item(s)
  • Bundled items at discounted rates
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the sale page
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), underwear and bathing suits, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Late or missing refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your refund, please contact us at sales@goodvibespace.com.


If you ship your products to us without first getting approval via email, we will not offer a refund and will not ship items back to you. They will be donated.


Sale items


Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


We do not offer exchanges. If an item is damaged and you want to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@goodvibespace.com to let us know. If your item is eligible for a return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Gifts


Gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Shipping


  • To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • If you are shipping from outside of Canada and your return has been approved, any applicable custom duties will be deducted from your refund.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged  in transit.

Lost or stolen packages


Good Vibe Space is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Good Vibe Space will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
