Shop Online
How long will my product take to ship?
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or when your order is ready for pick up in store.
Shipping time varies based on where you live. You will receive a tracking number from the shipping carrier when your order ships. Read our Shipping Policy here.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, and the distance from our store to your house.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States using Canada Post.
If you would like us to ship to you outside of Canada and the United States, send us an email to let us know atsales@goodvibespace.com. We are always evaluating demand and would love to hear from you.
Do you offer store pickup?
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in store at 565 Johnson St, Victoria, BC V8W 1M2. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please do not pick up your order before receiving the email.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come or a piece of ID that matches the order full name.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
All sales are final. You can read our Return Policy here.
I saw something in your store that I do not see online. Why is it not on the website?
Our online store is brand new! We are working on adding new products regularly, so make sure to check back in often. We will announce new product drops on our social media.
Additionally, because we stock our local Makers and Artists on a consignment basis, there is high product turnover and therefore it is not feasible for us to display everything on our website. However, if you ever see anything in store or on our Instagram that you are interested in purchasing, free to email us at sales@goodvibespace.com. We will do our best to make it happen!
Why can't I add an item to my cart?
If you are unable to add a product to your cart, it's possible that the product is out-of-stock on our online store. We might have more available in store, so send us an email at sales@goodvibespace.com and we can take a look for you!
How do I know that my order was placed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt to the email address that you provided at checkout. If you didn't get this email, make sure to check your junk folder.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order by clicking Message Us in the bottom right corner of this page, and clicking Track my order.
You will also receive the following email updates:
- Confirmation email when your order is placed
- Pickup email when your order is ready for store pickup OR Shipping email with tracking number once your order is picked-up by the courier

Where are you located?
Good Vibe Space is a brick & mortar lifestyle boutique in the heart of downtown Victoria, BC. We are located in a heritage building on vibrant Johnson Street, directly across from Market Square Gate.

What are your store hours?
Our store hours vary based on the season and holidays. For the most updated hours please visit our Contact Us page here. We also post our store hours on our Instagram profile here.
Do you offer returns or exchanges in store?
All sales are final. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for our products.
What types of products do you sell in store?
We stock a variety of products including art, body care, home goods, clothing, accessories and more! We focus on local handcrafted goods first and we carry over 40 different Makers/Artists in the store. We also curate our own collection of imported items that are unique and match our vibe.
Do you offer private shopping experiences?
Yes! We are happy to book a private shopping experience for your group. Please contact hello@goodvibespace.com to book an appointment time.

I am a Maker myself. How do I get my products featured in your store?
We previously used an online application for Artists/Makers that were interested in consigning their products with us. As we have grown we have chosen to permanently close those applications as we move forward with product lines that we are curating and consignors that we are already working with. If you are interested in stocking your product line with us we ask that you email hello@goodvibespace.com with all of your information. Please note that we receive a large volume of requests for consignors and stockists and unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone. We do our best to get back to messages we receive, but sometimes we cannot respond to everyone! Thank you for your understanding.
