Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or when your order is ready for pick up in store.

If there are unexpected delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control, you will be notified via email after your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There may be additional customs duties if you live outside of Canada.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in store at 565 Johnson St, Victoria, BC V8W 1M2. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please do not pick up your order before receiving the email.

Our in-store pickup hours are 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come or a piece of ID that matches the order full name.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Good Vibe Space is not responsible for these charges, they are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like us to ship to you outside of Canada and the United States, send us an email to let us know at sales@goodvibespace.com. We are always evaluating demand and would love to hear from you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order after 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@goodvibespace.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Good Vibe Space is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Good Vibe Space will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
