Welcome to Miteras Malas! My name is Sheila and I am a maker based out of Edmonton, Alberta. Miteras is my passion, the perfect marriage of my love of jewelry and creating. I first started learning jewelry making techniques in the early 2000's after a failed attempt at finding the perfect pair of earrings to match some sparkly red shoes (yes, I've always loved sparkly things!). In my earliest designs I worked mainly with glass and crystal beads, but my love of natural stones eventually led me to creating this stunning collection. May you always know Joy, Peace and Love.
